"I mostly use Miro when my…"
I mostly use miro when my team is brainstorming, and it just makes everything a lot easier. Sticky notes we can throw all over the place, move things around, group ideas together, and no one is sitting there waiting for their turn. It feels natural, kind of like a real whiteboard, but after it’s way less messy. Big boards sometimes do take a minute to load, which is a little annoying, but overall it’s been super helpful for planning and getting early ideas down.

"Really helpful for remote team sessions"
I’ve found this works really well for remote team sessions. For me, it makes it much easier to keep everyone on the same page, especially when people are joining from different places. It feels like one of those tools that quietly makes meetings run smoother without needing a lot of extra effort.

I wasn’t totally sure it would work well on different devices, but it’s been easy to use on both my phone and tablet. I guess I’m a little surprised, but it does the job.

"Could Use More App Connections"
I like the idea of the app, but I was expecting it to connect with more apps right away. It feels a bit limited for what I need, and I was also hoping the response or setup process would be faster. If they add more integrations and speed things up, it would be a lot more useful.

"Easy to Use Compared to Other Whiteboard Tools"
I’ve found miro easy to pick up, even without much experience using tools like this. I mostly use it for simple team boards, notes, and brainstorming, and it feels more intuitive than some other whiteboard apps I’ve tried. Most of the features are right where I’d expect them to be, so I don’t spend much time figuring things out. The only downside is that moving items around can feel a little too sensitive sometimes, and I’ll accidentally click or drag the wrong thing. But overall, it’s simple, reliable, and works well for what my team needs.

"Good for simple boards, but a bit limited"
Miro has been fine for basic boards and quick visual planning, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of features. Some of the tools feel bare-bones, and it seems like the more useful stuff is tied to higher plans. It works, but it just didn’t feel quite robust enough for what my team needed, if that makes sense. I ended up feeling a little disappointed overall

"I was in a good mood…"
I was in a good mood when I first started using it because sharing files was really quick and simple. Most of the time it does exactly what I need, but the permissions can get a little confusing here and there. I’ve had to double-check who has access a few times, which can be a bit frustrating, but overall it’s still easy to use.

"Really Happy With How They Work Together"
I’ve been using these together and they’ve worked really well for me so far. Everything feels smooth and easy, and I haven’t had any issues getting them to do what I needed. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with the purchase and it just feels like a good fit.

"Easy to use for team planning"
I’ve been using Miro mostly for team planning, and in that context it’s been really solid. The interface feels clean without being too empty, and even when our board gets packed with notes, diagrams, and random ideas, it still doesn’t feel overwhelming. Moving around the board, zooming in and out, dragging sticky notes, and connecting things all feels smooth. I didn’t have to spend much time figuring out the basics, though a few menus took me a little while to get used to. For collaborative planning sessions, I’d definitely say it makes things easier and more organized

"I was surprised how quickly I got comfortable…"
I was surprised how quickly I got comfortable using Miro. It took me maybe one afternoon to feel like I knew my way around, and I didn’t have to waste time clicking through a bunch of confusing menus. Overall, it’s simple and easy to use. Since I’m taking the time to share feedback, I’d definitely appreciate any compensation or credit if that’s being offered.

"My snap judgment after using it…"
My snap judgment after using it for a bit: it’s really quick. Everything loads fast, and even when I’ve got a board packed with notes, it doesn’t start lagging or getting annoying.

"Great for Keeping Remote Teams on the Same Page"
We mostly use Miro for project planning and chatting through ideas as a team. It’s especially helpful when everyone is remote because you can actually see how things connect instead of just talking in circles. The boards can get a little messy sometimes, and I’ve noticed they can slow down when there’s a lot going on, but overall it has made our communication much better. Personally, I think it’s worth using if your team needs a more visual way to plan and collaborate.

"Easy subscription update"
I had to update my subscription and billing info, and it was way easier than I expected because there weren’t any weird confusing steps, everything was laid out clearly, I could see exactly what I was paying for right away, and compared to a few other tools I use where this kind of thing turns into a whole annoying process, this was actually painless. No issues so far.

"Miro has been really useful for our team…"
miro has been really useful for our team. The free plan gives you enough to test it out and see if it fits your workflow. If you’re using boards all the time, the paid plan does feel worth it, but the price can start to add up once more people need access. Overall, I think it’s good value, I just wish there was a more affordable option for smaller teams.

"So... I really wanted to like Miro, but…"
So... I really wanted to like Miro, but getting started felt kind of messy. There were way too many popups and tips hitting me all at once, and even after that I still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do first. Not the best first run for me.

"Reliable for Everyday Team Planning"
We use Miro almost every day for planning and quick team sessions, and it’s been really dependable for us. I’ve used other tools in the past that would slow down or get glitchy once a board had a lot going on, but Miro usually handles everything smoothly. Boards load fine, even when they’re packed with notes and ideas. the best part is that I don’t have to think about it much. It’s just there and works when we need it, which is exactly what I want from a tool like this.

"Easy to use and feels secure"
I’m usually cautious about sharing client-related stuff because I don’t have time to deal with permissions going wrong, but this made it simple. Setting access was easy, and I feel comfortable using it for client files.

"I do like using Miro for putting boards..."
I do like using Miro for putting boards together and sharing ideas with my team. It’s easy enough to organize thoughts visually, and the presentation mode comes in handy, although moving between frames can feel a little clunky sometimes.

The main thing that bugs me is exporting. PDFs don’t always come out looking the way I expected, and larger boards can get slow or end up looking kind of messy once saved. Has anyone else run into this too?

For basic brainstorming and team collaboration, it works well. I just wish the exports were more reliable when I need to send something clean to clients. Overall, it’s a 3-star experience for me.

"Tons of templates, which honestly helps a lot"
I mostly use Miro for the templates, I think. They save me a bunch of time when I’m trying to get something started for work, like planning sessions, workshops, mind maps, retros, all that kind of stuff. I’m not always totally sure how I should set up a board from scratch, so having examples already there makes me feel a little less stuck. Some templates definitely feel more useful than others, or maybe I just haven’t figured out the best way to use them yet, but overall they make it way easier to get going

"Support handled my access issue quickly"
I ran into some trouble getting board access, which made me a little cautious at first because I don’t like being stuck without a clear path to fix something. Support got back to me fast, explained things clearly, and didn’t give me any weird runaround. The issue was sorted out quickly, so I’m happy with how they handled it.
